Supertif System
A Supertif system is a self-closing, pressure-compensated drip irrigation system. The Supertif systems with one outlet has the option to get a straight connect, a side outlet, a straight connection with a side connector and an on-top-of-the-line version. It is also possible to have multiple branches. Correct flow rate is applied by the constant capacity of the dripper, independently of the water pressure.
Advantages
- Ideal drip irrigation system for short, average and long lengths of PE tubes, even where there is a large height difference.
- Improved uniformity of water distribution in all forms of substrate: minimal differences and optimal emission uniformity.
- Drippers can be opened and shut at the same time, which makes them suitable for short burst of irrigation.
- Equipped with a self-flushing mechanism, which leads to less clogging.
- Equipped with a self-closing internal membrane, which prevents the system from running dry.
- During flushing of the irrigation tube the drippers remain closed.
- Side outlet drippers can be stored longer on a pre-mounted roll.
- For high density plants a system with multiple outlets is the best solution.
- Systems with multiple branches control the flow rare with labyrinth pegs (giving a highly uniform flow rate)
