Who is our client?
Our clients are professional greenhouse growers, who are looking for high quality products from all over the world. Furthermore we also supply to professional agricultural companies. We can also help companies located over the whole world, with combined loading and shipping for a service fee. On the side we are a trading company, with a broad network and can supply basically anything worldwide.
Where can we purchase?
You can always contact us directly, and if we have a distributor in your country we will bring you in contact, otherwise we will send you an offer from the Netherlands. Since we work with suppliers from all over the world we will look at the best suitable transport option for you. So it is possible to load from most suppliers directly as well as from our warehouse located in Dronten.
Where is it produced?
Most of our products are from Dutch well known suppliers, however, since not everything is produced in the Netherlands, it can come from all over the world. We can assure you that all our products are of high quality which is used in the Dutch Horticultural sector. If you request a lower grade product, we will always mention by forehand under which conditions we can offer it to you.
Where can we supply?
We can supply world wide, however, you need to take into consideration that with the current economical situations some countries are facing an embargo or even a restriction in doing business. In this case, we will always try to find a way how we can cooperate or bring you in contact with a party that can help you.
How long will a project take?
A project depends on how fast the communication is, and of course in which stage of the project you are. If there are a lot of rules and regulations in your country, a project might be delayed. Therefore we always want to keep in close contact with all the parties, to keep track of the timeframe.
How long is the delivery time?
Usually we can deliver within a week, this depends, on the fact if we have the products in stock, or if our supplier has them in stock. Some products need some more time, and we will always discuss beforehand with you, what the requested delivery time will be and what the realistic one is.
How long is the manufacturing time?
Blends of fertilizers onces the samples are approved, can be produced within a week, however, for a good mixture/blend we will need to mix at least 500kg, and we sell the blends only per full pallets, so depending on your packaging we will know the minimum amount.
How does the process look?
Once we have all information clear about which products you are looking for, quantity, delivery date etc, or for which problem you need a solution, we will start working on the offer. As soon as the offer is ready, you will receive it by email, and from there on it can become an order. Then we will start the process immediately of ordering or producing, and give you a confirmation. Ones your order is ready for pick up we will inform you with all the details or arrange the transport for you and inform you with the delivery time.
